back in action

Well, it's been quite a while since I posted. I've been kind of busy this week.

I finished biochem. I got an A. That's always cool.

My brother, my roommate, and I started working on a music video for a record label called TruThoughts. That's really what's been keeping me busy.

Well, that and seeing my little brother off to Hong Kong. I say "little brother." That is due to his age, certainly not his stature. For years growing up, he was always about 2 inches shorter than me. I hoped all my life that I would continue being taller than him. Well, I went away to college and all that changed. He is now about 5 inches taller than me. That's when I stand up straight. Of course, I rarely stand up straight. That's not a good habit, I know. And if I didn't know, my dad and grandmother are always there to jab me in the spine and remind me.

In any case, there is one redeeming factor with my brother's newfound loftiness, I have found that he's as skinny as the day in long. Thus, he has some trouble bulking up when he works out. I have not had that problem, I am proud to say. After all, I gained roughly 17 pounds during my fall semester this year. And that doesn't mean I look fatter, I actually look a bit more slim.

In any case, I have to get moving now. No rest for the weary...

17 lbs.??? no kidding? Lord have mercy. The only way we are going to 17 lbs. on Jim is to put rocks in his pockets. Big rocks.

And you might want to put those rocks on a steady diet of donuts and weight gainer.
