I added a few of new exercises to my workout yesterday. Three more chest exercises to be exact. After doing a bit of research I discovered that I might not be working every area as well as I should.
There was a problem though. The gym was empty, which for some odd reason drives me to push myself harder than I should.
Moral of the story: If you decide step up your workout routine, take it slow the first day. Otherwise, you could end up in a LOT of pain.
Still, totally worth it. I haven't felt that exhausted in a long time...

So what exercises did you add?
On a side note: I find that grunting and yelling like an ape produce the best post-workout "burn".
Um, it's kind of a complex routine. I'll show you this weekend. I like it a lot though.
I am also a fan of the "yelling like an ape" workout
