Well, something occurred to me this morning...
I've made my last payment to my credit card. It cleared yesterday. I AM NOW DEBT FREE. For those of you who don't know, I got a credit card last February. And then it got a little out of control. But now, I'm done with that. It's fabulous.
I think I'm gonna go test the durability of our paper shredder.... Let's hope that bad boy can handle plastic cards.
Geez, it's wonderful to be free. I think I might celebrate by buying something....

That's a good feeling. Keep it up. I have only one credit card, which I pay down to zero every month. I'm the only person I know who does that, and I'm soooo happy I do. My friends are all drowning in debt. I might not have a job yet, but I'm still better off than a lot of them.
Buy something? on credit?
