Friends. I have a confession to make. Over the break, I began consuming a whole lot of hot tea. And in the process, I have come up with a few thoughts about the wonderful liquid.
1. There are specific teas for specific times of day. In my opinion, I want black teas in the morning, green at lunch or in the afternoon, and something decaffinated and very different in the evening.]
2. The various colors of teas amaze me. I think it's gorgeous.
I just brewed a cup of a Tazo brand tea called "Passion." With a little honey, I think this is one of the most perfect and beautiful teas I've ever had.
Here's another promise for you guys. If you're ever in my neck of the woods, I brew you some tea. My treat.

I'm a big tea drinker. Might take you up on that offer next time I'm in NM.
So far we've got tea, dinner, a symphony, and sewers. I'm fired up.
Anne - If we do that in one evening, that's quite a packed night. Still, I'm a man of my word.
Anaglyph - "Next time" implies that you've been here before. That brings two questions to mind. When was the last time you were in NM? And, how often do you visit this desert state?
Joe... next time you think of posting something like this, something borderline gay, you should say, "Ladies, next time..." instead of "guys." I just tell you this out of love... trust me.
Free tea? I may have to rearrange my vacation schedule.
Could we swing by Rob and Aimee's house, too? Like, for desert?
